Management Phase 3 - Execution, Monitoring & Controlling

Once the acceptance plan listing the criteria to be met to gain customer acceptance has been agreed, Sherbet Twist will provide a number of prototypes of the final product for the client to assess. This is typically the longest stage, but it is also often the most exciting: creative and innovative resources are brought into play and results become tangible.

Once each plan is being executed, a series of management processes runs in parallel to monitor and control the deliverables being output by the project:

  • Tracking and monitoring ongoing project activities
  • Status reporting
  • Monitoring of project variables
  • Identifying corrective actions to address issues and risk
  • Assessment of how the deliverables will continue to be met, along with the desired outcomes and benefits

This ensures that the project objective is met within agreed time, cost and quality specifications.

Once all of the deliverables have been produced and the customer has accepted the final solution, the project is ready for closure.
