Every Sherbet Twist project has as its starting point the client's statement of work. Sherbet Twist will then use that as the basis for developing the extended and agreed brief. This process includes:
- Identifying the purpose, problem or opportunity that the project is addressing
- Review of current operations to ensure that long-term objectives are not disrupted
- Conceptual design of the process to be undertaken
- Evaluation of the resources required
- Formulation of the project charter, including costs, tasks, deliverables, critical success factors, risk elements and time schedule
- Description of the preferred outcome
With the project description agreed, we're ready to proceed to
phase 2.
